5410 latest firmware

Hi All,
Was hurried today installing an ip500, latest firmware, and 5410s. I noted when calling voicemail by a programmed button off hook that i had to hit the volume tab to hear. Do thesephones require an upgrade out of the box?

R5.00 is the firmware for them if you have R2.00 then you need an upgrade

if the firmware for the 54xx doesn't match the IPO, they won't run. They will just sit with please wait on the screen so firmware must be ok.

I usually find them a touch quiet anyway and turn volume up.
