I don't have much hope that this is actually possible, but I'll give it a go!!!
Backstory is that in one of our departments, there are a couple of staff members that tend to log into their PCs, but not their phones at least not for 15-20 minutes on some occasions, despite disciplinary action. (It's a call centre type department, so their primary job is to be on the phone)
The staff in question are good at their job, and they'd prefer not to have to get rid of them, so is there a way for their phone (we have 5410s, and we're running v5 software) to be logged in for them at a particular time - I know I can lock a particular handset to an extension number like we have in our meeting room, but they do sometimes hotdesk, so I'd rather not do that unless its my only option.
