5402 Directory

I am trying to use directory appearence on a 5402 DS phone. I have programmed Feature 1 to display the directory. I have INDEX GROUP EXTRN on the phone display, however I cannot choose any of them becasue the phone does not have the selection buttons like the 5410 and higher models have.

Is there a way how you can program the feature button to go directly to GROUP or EXTRN inside the directory, after that I can search.

I hope there is a solution...

This is not supported on a 5x02 extension.
