5400 Series Sets

Here is a dandy! I have a IP500 and using 5410 & 5420 sets. The 5410 & 20's have BA's on the second page (you know >), when a Brindged Appearance rings on the second page of the 5420, while on page 1, the page changes to page 2 to display the call. The 5410 remains on the 1st page and does not flip to the second to show the incoming call. You must manually press the > to see where the call is!

Where is this controlled?

I believe it is called "Stay in Phone Mode on Answer" or something similar.

This works for normal CA keys. Don't know if it works for BA's as well.
