5330 phones connected via Teleworkers

I am having a problem with my 5330 phones, when they are connected via a Teleworker.

Once connected the phone display constatly says applications loading. The lCD display never displays any information.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

What release is your T/W blade? Did you upgrade to the latest?

The T/W blade is 7.0.2.9

No that's the release of MAS, which is now somewhat out of date as well.

Update the MAS and Blade to latest. If you are still having problems, and this answer is strickly from the seat of my pants (I have used it to fix Rel 8 TW issues), copy the set firmware from your 3300 (as long as your internal sets are working fine) and SCP it on to your TW server.
If you need more instructions then the hints provided above then you should not be attempting this procedure.

Firmware from the 3300 is not the same that is found on the TW blade. I personally would not recommend this, especially if you are using this configuration in a DMZ configuration.
