How are you bsetting it up now?
If you are using superkey there are two steps.
First you set it up with the type of divert and the destination.
Then you have to go back in and actually enable it.
You could set it up so that a key enables it and disbales it to save using the superkey
Or use the desktop tool on a PC to do everything.
if its external make sure you add a 9 to the number.
