5320IP phone failure

When I connect 5320IP phones to a CX rel 9 they boot up, get ip address then say <SET LOCKED OUT!! Contact Phone Admin>
Under the Multiple Ip Config I have chosen device type as 5220 dual because I dont see 5320.

5312 are working fine as device type 5212dual.

How can I get the 5320 to work?

Try blowing away the MAC address and re-registering the phone or use the set replacement code. Also, verify the phone is programmed with the correct set type.

From the Mitel web page info...

Supported on both Mitel Communications Director (MCD) Release 4.0 SP1 or later and Mitel 5000 Communications Processor (CP) Release 3.2 or later

Set is not supported on Rel 9.0
