5312 Phones rebooting on Mitel 3300

Hi chaps

We recently installed a Mitel 3300 with 5312 phones using level 9 software on a customers site. All the phones are connected to Netgear or Linksys POE switches and get their IP addresses by DHCP.

The problem we are having is that a large selection of the phones keep on rebooting when making a call or trying to make a call.

I was hoping someone had experienced this before and could shed some insight into how they resolved it, as we have been trying for about a month now to resolve it but cannot get to the bottom of what is causing it.

Did you put in the bin files for the 5312/24 ?
Also 9.0 UR2 is out with the proper bin files so maybe an upgrade will solve it

I have confirmed that the correct bin files have been loaded, but am waiting on confirmation of whether it is on UR1 or UR2 - but I am struggling to find a download for UR2 (I dont work on Mitels and am covering this as best I can) can you help?
 
It is on there website but if you do not have a login then you can not download it

That'll be why then. Guess the people we pay to "support" the system will have to get it.
