Hi every one ¡ recently I bought a 5224 dual mode to use it on my mitel network with a sx200 server ,my first problem was my release version(for someone who follows my case ,they already know my history jejeje) then I upgrade to 3.0 it works fine after my upgrade it works ok on my local network but this phone was buy to use it with teleworker solution from the outside network , so I start to test from the outside....it found the server ,it starts to download the firmware image and then it send a messages L2&download err ....and it keeps doing the download ,finish and when the date and hour must suppose to show , it reboots again...I have tested with another teleworker server that have version 4 and it works ok ,making me the idea that my version of teleworker is incompatible with that phone.
I have sx 200 server with release 3.0 , and teleworker solution with V3.1.12 and service link for SME Server V6.0_Update11 ...If u are so kind to tell me if im right or im missing something else.
Tanx in advanced

I have had the same issue. Yes, bring both your 200 ICP and 6000 MAS/Teleworker server up to date and you will be fine.

My Biggest problem is that I almost always believe what I tell myself.

Please if any one have any document that validate my suspicion of incompatibility between my 5224 and my teleworker version ...it will be really appreciate

Positive, TW less then 6.1 (I think) doen't support 5212/24s (here it comes to money) You have to upgrade.

For the 5212s and 5224s to work on the Tele-Worker, you must have a Mitel 3300 ICP with Rls 6.1+ or a Mitel SX-200 ICP 3.0+. On top of these controllers, you must have the Mitel Tele-Worker software Rls. 4.0+. Rls 4.0+ is supported on on the Mitel Managed Applications Server (MAS) Rls 6.1+.
