5202 Problem

Mitel 5202 connected on a Mitel 3300 running version 9.0.3.15 cannot access a voicemail menu three through a trunk.

All other phone types (5324, 5312) can access the menu three of the voicemail being called.

It did work until 2 weeks ago, now when you press a key, the recording just keeps playing instead of following the path of the programmed voicemail.

Any ideas?

Is this integration to the VM a trunk or is the call coming into the system on a trunk?

Let me clarify, the Mitel 3300 has a system speed call 399 programmed it dails a phone number over a ISDN trunk to a phone number that has a voicemail auto attendant programmed.
