Receiving the above error when trying to send email to a user at a particular domain. We have been able to send to them in the past without difficulty and are not sure why we no longer can. I have checked Event Viewer and I can see our server make a connection to their's but it doesn't give any more info. I also tried setting SMTP Logging to Maximum and reading the LOG files in the IMCDATA\LOGS folder but it doesn't tell me anything...it just shows a connection from our server to theirs that was successful.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Has the user and/or domain that you're trying to send to have a new spam filter? Since the connection is being made by your server it sounds like something, most likely a spam filter, on the recipients side is blocking the email.

Cheers.

Not sure about that. I turned my SMTP logging level up to see if I could tell what is happening and the output it listed below. I still don't understand what is causing this error. Any ideas would be appreciated.
