500V2 To IPO SE Sever Line Connection 1

Thanks for the response, we've configured a new E1 line but when we call the number it says the number is not in service although we have set an incoming call route for it. The telco shared with us the below screenshot saying that our gateway is not allocating a number.

The E1 line is just idle when we check System Status, but every time we call the number is sets it as an Incoming Abandoned call on system status.

Your assistance is appreciated

Run monitor with Call turned on. Call in. Look at the trace.

the IP500 is recieving the call so clearly it is not correcly routing the call to the Server so iether you hav a problem with the Voip trunk between the IPO & the server or you ave a porblem with your short codes responsible for routing these calls
I suggest you call a competent IP office maintainer

That's good, then you've learned something !
Although now you're kinda arrogant since not sharing the solution to the issue isn't really helping anyone but yourself =)

Yes, you learn everyday, and no what's really there to be arrogant about with this stuff. Issue was on the Web socket lines between IPO and the SE server. Thanks.
