5000 Outgoing problem 1

I have set up a new system with the config wizard selecting 9 as the outgoing access. The trunks are BRI which I have added to a trunk group 82002. In the outgoing access for day and night i have added all extensions. However whenever I dial 9 or use the O/G key on the phones I get "access denied". I can select the trunks (8400x) and dial out fine.

I've obviously missed something, but what ? if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

The system is not using ARS, unless the wizard sets this ?

Make sure that it is also in your outgoing extension under System/Device and Feature Codes/Phones/xxxx/Associated Extensions

Thanks, yes it was the outgoing extension. Missed the obvious !
