Thanks in advanced. I am working with an Avaya G3siV11. I need to set up 5 stations to ring at the same time. I am thinking about setting up coverage answer groups or ter-ext-group. When setting up coverage answer group, do I need to set up a certain coverage path for each station or do I need to add coverage answer-group X, add those 5 stations, and program a button on each of their phones. Which one would you prefer?

Code:
add coverage answer-group next Page 1 of 1
                       COVERAGE ANSWER GROUP

                      Group Number: 5
                        Group Name: COVERAGE GROUP

Have a coverage path to the station you want these members to cover.
make the first point of coverage C? in this case c5.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?

Does a separate coverage path need to be set up no matter what? Should I put the coverage path for voice mail as the second CP?
