5.5 IMS service keeps restarting and i dont know why...

The Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service."

i get this logged in the System Log. This just started happening today and i cant find anything in the MS Knowlege Base. Has anyone seen this before.
