5.1.1 + e-mail account does not exist

I believe that the individual in question here is no longer an employee of the company. But the weird issue is that another individual is receiving this email like some sort of forwarding is on but I'm not sure how to tell since the username in question is deleted.

We have the same issue. Found MS article 312433, haven't used the information in it yet, but will try tomorrow.
How do you check the smtp header on a message?
