4X8 SW DR2 CICS 1

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on something I came across on this particular 4x8 DR.2.I found 1 ext(23 port 103) to be a "locked phone" I can get into system programming and voicemail programming but when i actually want to program the 12 upper buttons(m7310) it's LOCKED.System will not let me disable port 103 and re-enable.Any suggestions?

Look under Terminals & Sets / Restrictions to remove the set lock from the desired extension.

Under restrictions, set restrictions you can give the set lock full, partial or none.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)

thanks for the info!I would have looked it up in the manual but I was onsite with out one...my work order was a moh jack nothing said about the ext.

The rtfm is just a signature, it's not ment to be rude, it's a joke because all my techs would rather call me than look up an answer.
