4690 ip conference phone power supply

Does anyone know what I need to power the 4690 conference phone? I purchased one without a power supply figuring it would work poe and it doesn't. I looked at the product description and it says it has multiple power options. However I can't find anywhere where it tells what those options are. I have a power supply for a polycom premier soundstation but it's keyed and wont fit unless I cut off the key, but I don't want to fry it. Any ideas or a part number would be appreciated?

We have a Polycom 4690 but there isn't a part number on the power supply or the adapter that connects the transformer to the patch cord. The power supply does say 19 volts DC on it though.

I called polycom and found out the power adapter is the same as the dcp power supply for the premiers. Is there a part number on the adapter that goes in between?
