4630 - Connection to Active Directory

When I enter name and press Search, on the screen appears error message:

LDAP: error code 1 - 00000000: LdapErrSID-0c090627, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, vece

I suppose, that Active Directory requires authentication, but in 46xxsetting.txt there is no settings, such as login, password.

My 46xxsetting.txt settings:
