4621 Error "Address Conflict"

I was having trouble with an install...manually entered an IP address and now the phone will only go as far as the above error...I cannot get it to respond to anything. Thoughts? How can I force it to reset? All other attempts have failed. Mute 73738# and Mute 2337#. The port was not configured at first for the phone.

When you say Mute 2337 #, do you mean MUTE 25327 # (CLEAR)?

No - just what's there and I also tried the mute/clear/#...among other things. The vendor is sending me another phone. They said it might clear up in a couple days, but for now it's not letting me do anything.

just unplug the ethernet and plug it back in
press star and enter al your settings again
but probably that ip adres already is in use
try to ping it before entering again
also try another ipadres
