4620 Voicemail light

Hi, does anyone know if the led light on the 4620ip phone should light up when a voicemail message is received? Our company doesn't like the use of voicemail so I haven't tested this before but I set this up for one user and no light appears?

Yes, the led should light when their is a voicemail.

Can you think of anything that could affect this happening. The light works on the digital phones and the stations/subscribers are set the same with audix and the Audix Name: field on p2 of the station form?

Make sure your the subscriber is set to the right switch in the audix. You can do a subscriber audit and if all fails delete and re add the station and subscriber.

Make sure that the station lamp extension in page 1 of the station settings is set to the users extension
