One of my 4620 phones will not boot up. it trys to load the bin file but keeps rebooting. Is there any way i can reset the phone to factory defaults and try again. The mute reset does not work because the phone never boots up. also where can i get the new 46xxsetings and newest bins. I am currently on 2_3
