we have a 412 setup and using quite well actually
with about 100 digital sets and some analogs
we are using tapi with act and it works well

*Lan 1 is where the Voicemail is plugged into and working fine .....
*Lan 2 is where we are plugged into Customer's Network
tried setting up ip routes so that we can see / ping to others
*able to ping 192.168.186.22 from Voicemail machine (Lan1)
but NOT 192.168.186.23 (LAN2) address or any other on Network
*able to ping 192.168.186.23 from Customer's Network but NOT 192.168.186.22 or 192.168.186.26 (address of Ip Office
Lan1 or Voicemail machine )
The customer uses address 192.168.186.23 for Phone Manager and Tapi portion ....
Hey I was glad we figured out the tapi portion ....am I missing something with routing in the Manager
I always keep the Voicemail plugged into The IP Office and not the customer's Network per Avaya
