4610SW Ip Phone question

I am trying to get this 4610SW Ip phone up and running and I am not having any luck.
Scenario

1. G700 S8300 system at location in Cali.
2. Used 4610SW Ip phone at location in the Midwest.
3. I have the ip address ranges in the switch in Cali and I know it works becuase I have a 9630 already running on my deskoff that switch.
4. When the 4610SW boots up it looks like it download a file then counts down the seconds trying to find DHCP. I want to hardcode an ip address to the phone. I have tried Mute 73738# and get nothing. I have tried Hold 73738# and still nothing.

How can I clear the phone settings.

The cleanest way may be to reset the settings on the phone manually, set all the ip settings to 0.0.0.0 and maybe set the vlan id to 0 too , save . Then from this you should be able to statically ip address the phone without it looking for the DHCP server .

Can you change the settings like nulabeacon stated.
I had a few issues with 4610s. Still have one thats not working.

What I did was place the info it needed in the first vlan it hit, the data vlan. So it took all the ip addresses from that vlan and booteed up ok.
