4610SW ip phone and 403 running 2.1(27)

We have a setup with 403 running 2.1(27) upgraded from 2.0(16)Ip 401 to IP403 running 2.1.(16) - upgrade out of box to 2.1.(27)installed ip 400 vcm5 onto 403....8 digital phones and 3 Ip Phones (4610SW) .....exsisting install just adding the Ip Phones ....we get audio between digital and ip sets in both directions when calling so Audio is not an issue

The issue is with the ip phones are showing no display functions ......set ip address on phones by hand not dhcp
disabl dhcp in System > Telephoney tab

is it possible its missing a bin file or txt setting ???
or the 4610SW is not supported in the Ip Office ...hence the reason I get no display functions

I have done this with earlier versions on 403 with a couple of ip phones at the far end of a network but I think they were 6 button Ip Phones and not 4610SW ...

SO I DON'T READ ALL THE POSTS ABOUT 4610SW NOT BEING SUPPORTED UNTIL REL 3 ....LESSON LEARNED .....SINCE I HAVE NEVER PUT A 4610SW ON AN IP OFFICE AND JUST THE DEFINITY WORLD I SHOULD HAVE POKED AROUND THE WEBSITE FIRST .....NOW THAT I THINK OF IT .....ITS ALWAYS BEEN 3 / 6 BUTTON PHONES

I was able to upgrade to release 3 ......4610SW display ok
now all the (user "John" )busy indicators on the phones do
not work .....able to call the phone by depressing the button ....but does not light up when someone is on the
Phone .....is their an option that should be toggled ??
or are we out of luck

sounds like you use BA instead ??

Bridged Appearance (BA) - this is a copy of one of another users Call Appearances, it can be
used to make or receive calls on behalf of the owner of the Call Appearance

but you lose the "tranfer" function of Busy Indicators ??

When I did the upgrade to 3.0 I went to 2.99 first then to 3.0(40) ......BLF buttons do not light up on 4412 or 6408D+ sets ....yet if I assign one to 4610SW phones it does work
(turns gray)...also park buttons do not light up but do function as they place calls in park

I can see this from the call status screen and do a
*37*01# and get the call back the only reason we did do the upgrade was for the IP Phones ....ahhhhhh !
