Some of our employees with 4602 sets are complaining that if they are on the phone and receive another call, and they then want to transfer the second call they cannot. I'm guessing that its not possible because they only have 2 call appearence buttons and to initiate a transfer they would need 3. Is there a work around? Or is something else going on?
