4602 Issues

I have a 4602 handset and I can't get it to register.
It interrogates the tftp server and downloads the 46xxsettings.scr and 46xxsettings.txt file but then shows with a tftp file not found.
Could any one possibly supply me with the .scr and .txt files and possibly identify what the third file is as when the file not found comes up the handset goes blank.
I am looking for a UK setting file.

I received the file from Avaya and the handsets work fine.
