452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

I have a user getting this error message in Outlook whether she sends to 30 people or only 10 people. She is the only one having the problem, she even gets the message when she sent a test message to 10 internal people.

Any ideas or solutions?

In the default SMTP Virtual Server properties see if the number

of recipients per message are limited.

We access our e-mail through our ISP. We send through the ISP and recieve through an e-mail hosting vendor. Again, she is the only one having this problem and it started doing this a couple of weeks ago, before that she had no problems.
