Is there a way to program each button individually on the 4450 attached to station 10? I have read all of the previous threads and tried to program using "System Renumbering" but DSS does not show up as an option on that screen.

The set is a 4424 by the way.

Do I need to tell the system somewhere that I have attached a 4450??

Thanks in advance, Al

The DSS Buttons are in groups of 50 or 100, depending on how many DSS Adjuncts you have.

Each button CAN NOT BE Programmed, only in units of 50 or 100.

Under Programming - -

System Renumber > Single > More > DSS Buttons > Page (there are 3 pages)

The default for Page 1 is ZERO, which will accommodate 10 to 49 on a single DSS Adjunct. (But you loose the 0 thru 9)

For example, we have a three digit dialing plan. Also, based on our DIDs, all our extensions start with a 3. Thus, I renumbered our DSS so that page one is extension 300-349, and page two is 350-399.
