4424LD menu doesn't work with 3.2(65)

I have couple more questions, which could not find answers on Avaya technical docs. We have an IP406v1, just updated to 3.2(65) with 2 DCPx30 and a POTS16V2 Modules. Our phones are 4424LD, 4412D+ and 6408.

1. Our 4424LD phone's menus don't work anymore. When I press menu, it shows a blank screen. All other functions appear to work and our other models work normally. Any thoughts?

2. The first Call Appearance button always stay on red. We are not reserving a CA or monitoring any lines on any CA (we have a T1 and a 4 trunk port cards). People hate it and I don't know how to disable it. Can it be done?

The 4424LD has never been officially supported on IP Office. It may have worked but with 3.2 Avaya went hardline on making phones they didn't want to support not work.

The first CA is indicated red to tell you that's the one that will be used if you just pickup the handset. Its controlled by a user telephony option called 'Idle Line Preference'.
 
That's a bummer about the 4424LD+, but thanks for the info.

BTW: The Multi-line settings don't quite restore the CA behavoir to it's 2.1 state. It really doesn't matter to me one way or another, but people are very resistant to change. They hate it even more when they pick up the phone and don't automatically get a line and dial tone. Thanks anyway.
