4424LD+ and IP Office 4.0+

Hello!

I'm sure many of you know that a 4424LD+ is not officially supported on the IP Office. The 4424LD+ will work with IP Office software 3.2 and below, but if you upgrade the software to 4.0 or above it will place the switch in a constant reboot cycle. If you unplug all 4424LD+ phones and reboot, it will start working. If you want to test it, just plug one of the 4424LD's back in and watch the reboot <G>.

If anyone knows of a work around or a caveat to this, please let me know.

I dont think they were ever officially supported at all but they used to work.

You are correct kwing. They were never supported. They will never be supported. Just as with the 6402 simply because they work with one version doesn't mean they will work with the next.
