I have one user whose display reads PLEASE CALL. My guess is that this is a softkey issue, but I can't figure it out.
Can anyone help?

Thanks,
John

sounds like a "Posted Message"

from the book

To use the Posted Message feature:
For 4412D+, 4424D+, or 4424LD+ telephones:
To post a message: MENU + Posted Msg (Post) + Select
the message from the display.
To cancel a posted message: MENU + Posted Msg (Post) +
Cancel + .

Its an absence message, most probably set through the user's Phone Manager. It will also be appearing on the display of anyone who calls the extension. Switch it off using Phone Manager or look up the Absent Text short code feature in Manager.

Oddly enough there isn't a Posted Msg (Post) on the phones display. If I hit menu once I can access DIR, Drop, HfAns, Timer, DpkUp, AutCB, Prog, CFrwd, CPark, SAC, TMDAY, and Admin.

It was absent status. You rock!

Thanks,
John
