406v2 restart <TBL Data Error>

We have IPO 406V2(59) do self restart on <TLB Data Error>.
Setup is basic, IPO only use analog, DS phone and embedded voicemail. Networking and ip capacity are disable.
Administration with manager works fine (local & remote), but when try opening cfg with the Wizard => error.

Data or hardware failure ?
Should i erase the configuration and (re)import cfg ?
Problem with voicemail ?

If i get it right then the IPO goes down if you try to open the config with the Wizard?

humm, no. I think 406v2 reboot do not have relation with the Wizard online mode.

Online or Offline with the Wizard Administrator :
- Freez at 50% of "Validating Configuration File" and 94% of "Validating Users"
- Error pop-up from Wizard Administrator : "The reference of object is not defined in an authority of an object" (translation of french)

CQ Number 23949 :
IP406 System Reboots with a fatal TLB due to invalid length username.
CQ Number 24526 :
Wizard Admin generates an error when validating an offline database.

Works well now.
