406 V2 getting hung and needing to be rebooted

I have a 406 v2 with 3.0(40) and 54XX phones that is getting hung. customer has been rebooting switch. Anyone else seeing this?

Avaya gave us a patch for the above issue, it is available at the ftp site.

do you know what the version is? 3.0 (40xxxx)? What? I have 7903 and the ftp site user name and password. I think they have the readme I'll see if I can find it

CQ21789 - Front ports (DCP 8) locks during load test
CQ21914 - 406V2 - All on-board DS 6408 Terminals reset
CQ22030 - 406V2 expansion port 3 modules have one way audio when calling across an SCN
Correction for IP406v2 operating with 16, 32 or 64Mb.

I don't see anything related to the system locking up and this was the only build that I could find with any mention of the 406V2.

Sorry to bump this. But does anyone know if there is a patch for this out there?

are there problems in 2.1(31) with a 406v2.
I just don,t trust the 406v2.

Do you have 7903 already on the unit, that is what fixed our issue.

I don't have 7903 on that unit. i thought that build was for 403's only am i wrong?

I'd be happy to load it if it would fix it.

I was told to load it onto our 406V2 and it has made the site stable for a few weeks now.

I believe 3.0.44 is supposed to address this issue if I'm not mistaken. It's on the FTP site.
