406 at 4.1 (9) and vmpro at 4.1 (27) only 1 vm channel

I recently upgraded a 406 from 4.0 (7) to 4.1 (9). Now the voicemail pro 4.1 (27) will only allow 1 call at a time. License shows 6 channels valid in IP office manager. System status show 6 vm channels, but number in use will not go above 1. Has anyone seen anything like this?
 
It hasnt messed up your vm channel allocation in the vm tab has it?

Voicemail channel reservation under system voicemail tab is still unreserved 6, all others 0.
 
There is a problem with data channels used for Voicemail not getting freed up in the recent releases. There is a workround that involves not using hunt group call waiting or not using collective groups and then restart the IPO. Otherwise get hold of the PB from Avaya.
 
I know this is probably stupid but what does PB stand for?
 
Sorry, PB = Private Build. Its a build to fix a specific problem, nothing else in it has been tested so they only really like it being used if your site has the specific problem and you really need it fixed (lack of voicemail might just about count). Howeve to get the PB often requires escalation all the way to Avaya. You can recognise private builds by the very odd build numbers that appear in the version number, eg. 4.1(11098).
 
Private Build. Software written to cure a specific problem. Not GA release stuff but gets the bug you have found sorted.

When you can get them out of Avaya!!!
