40044: Unable to verify UserRec in system db

Hi,

I'm trying to install FRx 6.7 on a test box and I can't get past this error message:

40044: Unable to verify UserRec in system db. Please verify user and System DB name.

I'm just trying to login with a Solomon user ID, all my stuff on the system-specific information tab is pointing to the right stuff, as far as I know. Any ideas?

I don't know about FRx and Solomon, but I do know that in Great Plains a table has to be created in the Dynamics (or system) database when you install FRx, otherwise FRx will not work.

Are you actually trying to install FRx for Great Plains or Solomon?

For the record: one of three things solved this (or a combination of all three):

-- Running the combined server indexing sql script against the app database

-- Doing a print preview on the Trial Balance (which I was told by someone at FRx rebuilds the GL index or something else that was screwed up)

-- Restoring the database and starting from scratch

Not sure what really fixed it to be honest but those are some of the things I did...

Anyone know how I can import our old Catalog of Reports so the new FRx system sees it?
