4 port Partner messaging question

Can the Partner 4 port messaging module be able to say outbound transfer to another location?
For example;
"Thank you for calling to reach our service department dial 3"
So when the user selects that. the ACS system will then dial out that number which is at another town.

If I remember correctly you need to set up an extension number and have the number you want to transfer to set up as a personal speed dial bin and call forward the extension to the personal speed dial bin. Add that extension to a direct dial transfer code in the voicemail and record hit 3 to be transferred to our shop office in Washington D.C. You also need to allow that extension for call forwarding to the speed dial bin.

Also remember that it ties up 2 lines and can only handle 1 call at a time.

You could do it with centrex lines. The system will do the transfer on the centrex system. it will only use the one line and transfer
