I have a BCM 400 that I want to setup 4 digit dialing on. I want the user to be able to dial 2XXX and the phone system add a 9245 to the front of that so it picks up an outgoing line and dials 245-2XXX. Is this possible in this system?

yes.as long as your system extns dont already start with 2.
Set up a Dest code 2xxx then add the prefix digits in the route you want to use to dial out.
eg: dest code 2 absorb "0"(use all digits sent) use route 002
route 002 dial out 245.

the system will look at the digits you dial 2xxx then it will send out 245 2xxx.

Thanks snowman, I will try that tomorrow morning and see if it works.
