4 Digit Dialing VoIP Dead Air/Fast Busy

S8700 3.1 & g3r

We are running 4 digit dialing VoIP between 2 of our offices and at times our callers are getting fast busy's or dead error.

I am having trouble breaking down the event reports and was hoping someone could assist or send an Event Switch Doc for a s8700 3.1.

Below is our event reports from both switch's.

Event type 2094 TCP/IP sig Socket failure &
Event type 1178 Normal Call Clearing Event count 255

2027 Annc not found on board 8C000E 0 11/26/16:39 02/17/10:24 255
1178 Normal call clearing E0011 10 11/28/06:11 02/17/10:34 255

2094 TCP/IP sig socket failure AC1010DE 6B8 01/22/17:07 02/17/10:36 255
Does anyone know what that means? I cant find the event types in our Alarm manual....

Our far side location shows no channel resources with the same number (255) of event counts occuring.

How many CLAN's do you have in each system, and what bandwidth do you have between the offices. Is it dedicated bandwidth for voice and is there any QoS.
