4.2 VPN phones

I am trying to connect a VPN phone to an IP500 Rel. 4.2 but I keep receiving an error "Gatekeeper list is empty" on the LCD of the phone. It's connecting through SonicWALL and I have 20 other VPN phones out there working on Rel. 4.1.

Has anyone heard of this issue or know what I'm missing?

It needs the IP address of the tftp server.

Thanks that was it. I was quick to think it was a 4.2 issue and not basic programming...
