4.2 Thin Web Client Problem (Symposium)

Hi,

Can anyone help??

I have web client 4.2 installed and when I look at the real time agent displays I can only see agent's and their status if they are logged in.

On the old Symposium client would show me agents that are logged out.

Is there anything I can do to get visibility of logged out agents?

This has been here for awhile and you have probably figured it out, but in case you haven't click on VIEW and LOGGED OUT AGENTS.

No I hadn't worked this out!! I feel pretty silly now ;-)

I've jsut had a look at the thin client and I can't see where it says 'View'. This is the thin web client and when the real time display is up on the screen there are only options to print or export.

Any ideas?
