4.2 or 3.2(65)

Currently runnging IP 406v2 18-44xx handsets, 9-remote 46XX IP phones, 1-pri, vm pro was just looking for some input whether or not to upgrade to 4.2x from 3.2(65) what are the pros and cons are there any "great" features I would gain from the upgrade?

I am not sure about the 44xx series but you can't use 4606 and 4612 phones on 4.2.

SSA is not available in 3.2 and it is a savior for troubleshooting, it is so much easier to use then the monitor. I would use 4.2 if you can.
Other then that I would think if you don't have SIP lines (as you don't with 3.2) then the rest is pretty much equal without thinking to much about it and going into details.
