Hi

Has anyone taken
"ACT00992AEN IP Office Release 4.2 Technical Delta" ?

It has 30 questions and I failed on 2 questions and that made me fail the test ?!
Does anyone know if you only will pass if you have no faults ?

Yep, well 100% on 30 questions being marked as 60 questions is 50% and so a fail. So currently you can't pass.

I just took the test today with 30 questions, missed 2 and passed so it looks like they fixed it.

FYI - My transcript have now been updated with a passing result.
So you should check your ones also and if it is not fixed, report it to Avaya U.
