Hello all,

Since we upgraded ip500 to 4.2, the 5610 phones are not as reliable as they were... The extension needs often to be reregistered. I took a look at the monitor this morning and i see the following message quit often:

439296558mS H323Evt: Authenticate: Encryption data is not mached

Has anybody come across this/know where this comes from??

You've upgraded the IP500 did you also upgrade the extensions?

only Out of Band DTMF ticked?
compression set to G711?

hmmm... I Took over this case after my holiday...I should have checked this:

Out of band: checked
Direct media path : checked
Compression Mode : auto

I will change the last 2 items this evening. Still don't understand the "Authenticate: Encryption data is not mached" error.
