4.1 Sp1 Hx 1 and IP Telephones

Hi,
i have a problem with this version of mxone and IP telephones dbc 42x02 series, i have configure one key with ODN2 (second line) , when i have a call i can take the second call ,the call is successful.
The problem is that when I try to take the first call I had, the call is cut.

any ideas??

hi,
i have more details about this problem.

the scenario is:

the extension 210 (analog extension) call to 207 (dbc4425 h323), and then , other extension for example 200 (dbc 4422 h323)call to 207.
the call enter by the second line and speak perfectly with the extension 200.
the problem is that the extension 200 hang up the call i can´t to take the first call.
however hang up the call from the extension 207 i can to take the first call.
I have done this test with more extensions SIP,H323,analog, digital and the result is the same.

firmware on the handsets and the IPLU. Was this a migration or a fresh installation. Sounds like a resource issue. I believe the minimum firmware for 4.1SP1 is R7A....Not 100% on the command anymore but I believe its one of those linux ones....

E.g.

Board_list -bpos XXX-XXX-XXX

Actually I'm almost 100% that aint it but some here might be able to help....
