A few questions about 4.0 and using SIP. I have a 406V2. It has 64MB, so I can upgrade it (not tried yet).

Anyone know what it costs for SIP Trunk licenses? Preferably UK pricing. Anyone know what's the procedure for getting a trial license, and how long they last for?

Tech Bulletin 80 talks about using LAN1 for the local LAN, and LAN2 for external (SIP). As the 406V2 only has one LAN connection, how do you setup SIP trunks and deal with the firewall issues, IP addressing (NAT), etc. Is using a 406V2 for SIP trunks a bad idea?

I think it's about £50 for 1 license and just short of £200 for 5 licenses RRP.

Where do you buy your equipment from. MTV sent us a new price list a week ago.

I don't think there are any problems using a 406v2 for SIP. I am going to be tring it in our office in a couple of weeks.

I had a play with 4.0. H323 trunks stop working with 4.0. Not sure if this is by deisgn, but there's a note int he help file about dropping all H323 traffic.
