no specific time I just added a minute
I had this issue last year loaded the latest DEP on the SSC and sig server and still the same problem.
if that doesn't work for you try going to .

DLMP 1 (lamp audit off)
then turn it back on
DLMP 0 ( audit on )
It's only dialtone-VZ
