4.0 7 SoftConsole not showing user status?

Just installed a new PC for the receptionist's and installed Soft Console 4.07 and it let me add all the users to the BLF group but they all show Idle?

I haven't ran Softconsole at all since upgrading to V4.

Any ideas where to look?

Firewall on?

If it needs to stay on at least add softconsole.exe as an expception.

Is the soft console on the same subnet as the IPO?
