4.0.7 Problems(reboot,hunt group)

Hi everybody;

4.0.7
CCC
Vmpro

The system reboots and we have the message "System has restarted from power fail (cold start)" .Any ideas?

And also at some hunt groups as most idle distrbution method, at the same time two agents ringing like a group call.Any idea again?

This means the power has been off
This could be the power cable being plugged or a power failure

No ofcourse not a joke.I know this forum isnt a joke forum as you .
Have you any 4.0.7 sw insatlled at your any sites?I think this is the problem of 4.0.7 version.I have 3 sitese installed this version and I have this message all of them oftenly .Of cour we firstly checked the power cables but no problem from them?

So any idea or same expperience pls?

Maybe the internal power part is not good
Did you swap the ipo ?
Power failure can't be a software problem (hopefully)
