3x8 caller ID

You first have to have a CI trunk card and it be turned on from the CO.

This is a 3x8 system not a compact,the way programming looks CID should be enabled in default mode.Thanks>JP
Well the 308 has to be Version 5.1 for it to have caller ID. Under the sets you want caller ID displayed on, go into sets and i believe it is under telco you will see an option called: Called ID: N change it to Y and thats it.. I hope this works for you.
